About Us
We are a boutique recruitment consultancy established by Richard Ashcroft in 2018.
Having partnered with some of the UK's most respected retail and finance businesses, and having worked for two well respected contingent and executive search firms throughout a 11 year career, he wanted to create something a little different.
The goal was to create a business that can respond to the contingent needs and pace of the sectors we love, and to do it with the mindset and process of an executive search boutique.
We have developed a network of professional and like-minded recruiters and researchers, who can be engaged on an ad-hoc basis, whilst maintaining a single point of contact for our clients.
We are on a mission to set the benchmark for quality contingent recruitment! We know that our tried and tested methods get results, and we love what we do!
Richard Ashcroft- Director
Richard has over 11 years' experience in contingent and executive search, predominantly with a focus on retail, consumer and finance roles.
He has experience working with privately owned, private equity backed and AIM & FTSE listed companies and has developed a large network of mid-to-senior level candidates with salaries ranging from £45-£150k+
When not recruiting, he can often be found enjoying a spot of fly fishing, digging on his allotment or enjoying the offerings of the local licenced establishments of Ealing.

We have developed a network of resourcers, researchers and senior recruiters, both in-house and agency, who can be engaged on an ad hoc basis for bespoke campaigns.
We do this whilst maintaining a single point of contact for the client and where possible, the candidate. It's different, but gets the job done.
